Tiered pricing applies for stays less than a week. Prices are based on a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests will incur an extra fee of $20.00 each/night/stay:

Low season (Wet season): January 28 (after the Australia Day holiday) to Easter.
Standard season: All dates outside low season and high season.
High season: School Holidays & June to November
Easter & Christmas/New Year: Special rates apply & there is a minimum 5 day stay for Easter & a 6 day stay for the Christmas/New Year period.
NOTE: Homeaway charge the guest a booking fee on top of these prices between 3 and 12% depending on the length of stay.

*If you're not comfortable reversing your car, leave your car at the top of the driveway, with the front level with the light pole. The concrete drive has a dip through the (mainly dry) creek and a slight bend which can make it tricky reversing when you are leaving the house.

STAYING DURING THE HIGH SEASON?

There is a 6 night minimum stay for the Christmas/New Year and 5 night stay for Easter periods.
Easter & Christmas also have a higher rate of $190/night up to 4 guests
We also recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Samsara is NOT FENCED.
 Sorry, Samsara is not suitable for pets because it is not fenced, is next to a National Park and has an abundance of wildlife. The house is also surrounded by rocky terrain and does not have an outdoor play area for young children, although the indoor areas are spacious, and parks and beaches are close by for kids to have fun.
