We look forward to sharing our little piece of paradise with you
Samsara is a comfortable home that is perfect for a holiday with your family, or a quick getaway with friends. It's open plan living invites you to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds it.
With just a short walk to the RSL Night Markets, beaches, bus and the Arcadia Village Hotel, we'd love you to treat it as your home away from home.

"Magnetic Island is in my blood. When my mother came from England in the 50's to work as a nursing sister in Townsville Hospital, Maggie was her favourite getaway on her days off.
In the 80's friends were posted to Townsville with the army and when I came for a visit they took me to Maggie for a day trip - two years later I stayed on the Island for three days, then one week, then two.
When I started bringing up friends I needed larger accommodation and found what was then called `The Shackhouse'. The house was pretty austere but the location was breathtaking and I knew one day it would be mine.
Maggie is such a welcoming place unlike many other tourist destinations. It's probably because many of the residents came for a holiday and decided to make it their home.
It's full of interesting, talented and creative people, surrounded by beautiful beaches, an amazing and varied landscape, and an easy snorkel onto the fringing barrier reef.
The house is built over a fork in Peterson Creek which is a seasonal creek, surrounded by large native trees and massive granite boulders. I love the way the house is not fenced so that it merges seamlessly with the National Park.
The house is an a-frame (a bit like a barn) with the bedrooms on a loft, and it is fully air-conditioned.
Please be aware that due to the pitch of the roof and the open plan design, if someone snores no-one will be spared!
The living area is surrounded by 6 double glass sliding doors to admire the view on three sides, and there are three outdoor decks, two of which are covered and have outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
I hope you have a wonderful stay at Samsara and on Magnetic Island."
